■Product overview
AWM90000 series microbridge airflow sensors use time-proven temperature bridge technology. The AWM90000 series delivers many of the superior performance characteristics of the AWM1000 series in a more cost-effective sensor platform. Two versions are available: mass flow and differential pressure.
The flow range of the AWM92100V is ±200 sccm, and the AWM92200V is a differential pressure version of ±2.0in H2O.
These sensors have a fast 1 ms response time and operate from a supply voltage of 8.0 Vdc to 15.0 Vdc while consuming only 50 mV of power.
The AWM90000 series allows you to customize sensor functionality to meet your application needs.
