About This Product

In 1979, we installed the first nitrogen gas generator using the PSA method using the carbon molecular cava (CMS) in 1979.

■ Principles

Since the molecular molecular diameter of oxygen is smaller than nitrogen, it spreads quickly into the small hole of the CMS and is adsorbed. Water and carbon dioxide in the air are also adsorbed in the same way as oxygen. The ratio of adsorption of nitrogen and oxygen adsorption equilibrium, that is, the relationship between the adsorption speed and the adsorption time, indicates that the adsorption speed is much higher than nitrogen. The nitrogen gas generator adopts a method that uses such CMS characteristics.

・ Explosive gas sheet, flammable substance seals and transportation ・ For purging such as a perged tank, pipe, etc. ・ For heat -treated glow burning, glow grilled dull, immersion, nitride, baked dashi, etc. for gas ・ Atmosphere adjustment tire for vulcanism, for preventing edible oil, and for CA storage ・ Food packaging tea, instant coffee, confectionery, food quality deterioration prevention ・ For manufacturing of semiconductors and electronic components ・ For reflow furnace * Production of 10 ppm or less is also possible.
