About This Product
In 1979, we installed the first nitrogen gas generator using the PSA method using the carbon molecular cava (CMS) in 1979.
■ Principles
Since the molecular molecular diameter of oxygen is smaller than nitrogen, it spreads quickly into the small hole of the CMS and is adsorbed. Water and carbon dioxide in the air are also adsorbed in the same way as oxygen.
The ratio of adsorption of nitrogen and oxygen adsorption equilibrium, that is, the relationship between the adsorption speed and the adsorption time, indicates that the adsorption speed is much higher than nitrogen. The nitrogen gas generator adopts a method that uses such CMS characteristics.
