About This Product

■Exact notification of appropriate compaction timing

・The appropriate temperature for starting construction can be displayed to the operator. ・Continuously displays compaction temperature safely during construction. ・Improve construction efficiency with the appropriate temperature outside lamp notification function. *Appropriate timing refers to temperature control related to general asphalt pavement. The temperature of the asphalt mixture spread by an asphalt finisher is generally not lower than 110°C to ensure flatness. The initial compaction is stabilized by compacting with iron-wheeled road rollers. Construction is generally carried out when the temperature of the asphalt mixture is between 110 and 140 degrees Celsius. Secondary compaction uses tire rollers with rubber tires. Generally, the temperature of the asphalt mixture at the end of secondary compaction is 70-90℃. After compaction is completed, the road is generally opened to traffic after the temperature of the pavement surface drops to approximately 50°C or less. This is to suppress initial changes in pavement, such as rutting, immediately after the road is released to traffic.

-Uses a liquid crystal display that is highly visible both day and night. - P67 and strong waterproof performance provide peace of mind even in harsh workplaces. - Shutdown function and hold function make it convenient to use. *The shutdown function is a function that temporarily stops the monitor display, and the hold function is a function that allows you to temporarily stop the displayed temperature and check it. It is easy to operate with 3 setting buttons.

■Easy installation with small and lightweight sensor

・The small and lightweight sensor can be installed anywhere. ・The angle can be easily adjusted for magnetic mounts and pipe mounts. ・IPX2 equivalent sensor has no problem in normal rain. *The lens part of an infrared radiation thermometer is open, so rainwater may enter it in some cases. However, when facing the road surface, it is difficult for normal rain to enter. Be sure to remove it when washing your car. After use, it can be removed with one touch, and there is no problem with anti-theft measures. After use, you can store it in the special case.
