About This Product

■ Diamond embedded pad suitable for sample grinding

Demonstrates high grinding abilities as an alternative to water -resistant polishing paper. Realizing the polishing process and saving consumables. Long life and polishing power. It is easy to clean.

■ Features

・ A polishing plate made by Kulzer that can be used for automatic polishing and hand -polishing. ・ The lattice -shaped protrusion where the diamond is embedded achieves a high polishing efficiency. ・ Water can be used as a lubricant and there is no need to prepare an abrasive. ・ When polishing a sample that responds to water, an oily lubricant can be introduced. ・ It is suitable for non -wrapped samples, welded steel materials, and intermediate finish polishing. ・ Compared to water -resistant grinding paper, cost -effective, such as adoption and polishing power is excellent. ・ Easy to clean using a dresser, and it is easy to replace the plate. ・ The back side of the plate is metal and can be attached to the magnet board.

■ Use

·steel ・ Hard alloy ・ Ceramics ・ Composite material ・ 120HV (Bicker hardness) or more samples ... etc.

■ Remarks

The polishing of the grinding plate (a fixed abrasive grain type) cannot be removed (thin line scratches remaining on the sample surface) cannot be removed. It is possible to finish the mirror surface by combining wrapping disk, polishing cloth and abrasive (diamond slurry, diamond solution, alumina, etc.).
