About This Product
Grinding Disperson (free abrasive grain type) is a polished abrasive used in a precision polishing device. It is an abrasive with multiple metal materials resin glued. Suitable for polishing work in several hundred µm units. Realize the quick face and finishing polishing of the sample surface. By changing the abrasive, it can be polished with various diameter abrasive grains.
■ Features
-The steel and copper are located on the polishing board, so the hard and soft areas are alternately polished the samples.
・ Diamond free abrasive grains are temporarily fixed to the hard region on the board, demonstrating high polishing power.
・ Diamond abrasive grains that are pushed in contact with the soft area on the board are removed while maintaining mobility.
