About This Product
■ Overview
-TechNovit® series is a kulzer -based rhodoscopic resin. Technobits are ideal for metal tissue observation, analysis and polishing with optical microscopes and electron microscopes.
・ Because the adhesion is high and the shrinkage rate is extremely small, it is extremely small, so it prevents polishing.
・ When you want to avoid the effects of high temperature and pressure, when you want to quickly embed a sample, or when the embedded resin is hard and needs to be worn, you can also use it for embedding strict conditions.
・ We have a variety of lineups, so you can use it according to all uses.
・ It is a highly transparent resin that cures at low temperature due to blue light irradiation. By placing it in the light irradiation device, it can be cured at a temperature of 90 ° C or less.
■ Features
・ No mixture of resin is required
・ Workable until light irradiation
■ Regarding the temperature of the resin
The translucent PE embedded mold is filled with resin and put into a techno tray (TechnoTray Power) photometer -irradiation device, so that it cures at a temperature of 90 ° C or less. It is possible to reduce the reaction temperature to about 50 ° C by dividing and curing into multiple thin layers and irradiating light with a special time setting. After curing, if the temperature of the resin decreases to about the level of room, the hardness is optimal for polishing and grinding.
