About This Product
It is a desktop diamond wire sow that is ideal for research and development. It is possible to support a wide range of needs, such as ion -milling preprocessing, and CCD camera installation.
■ Characteristics
・ Cutting is possible in both wet and dry type.
・ Because it is cut through a round -trip exercise of the wire, it is possible to accommodate a larger sample than a card ridge type.
・ There is no fever that can be detected during the cutting, and there is almost no deterioration of the sample.
-The cutting with few burrs is possible, and there is almost no burrs even with a thin tube.
・ Chipping rarely occurs when cutting glass, crystal, semiconductor, jewelry, etc.
・ Very fragile semiconductor or material before burning ceramics can be cut.
・ No expensive crystals (SIC, Si3n4, AIN, GGG, LN, LT, etc.) do not damage.
・ Even materials that are enhanced with hard fibers can be cut without fluff. Similarly, even the material made of ceramics on the surface can be cut without cracking.
■ Controller
① Power switch
Turn on the power switch to turn on the controller.
② Start button
It is possible to operate the main unit by pressing the Start button.
③ Stop button
It is possible to turn off the power of the main unit by pressing the Stop button.
④ Wire speed adjustment volume
(2) It is possible to adjust the wire speed by twisting the volume while the Start button is pressed.
■ Safety Organization
As an option, an interlock mechanism and an emergency stop switch can be added.
