About This Product
■ Characteristics
・ The sample can be adhered in the size of 40mm x 30mm with a jig for pasting and polishing.
・ A diagonal polishing jig (inclined 5 °) for inclined polishing is included.
・ In the sandwiching jig, it is possible to polish both ends by turning the jig over with the sample sandwiched.
・ We also accept specially made of jigs.
■ Examples of use
・ Samples with flat portions, such as square pillars, can be fixed to paste jigs using heat wax and double -sided seats.
-The plate -shaped sample can be fixed to the inclination of the diagonal polishing jig and processed with a slope.
・ For endal polishing of LN (lithium niovate), it is possible to turn the jig over both ends without removing the LN sample without removing the LN sample.
■ Installation of samples
・ In the paste and diagonal polishing jigs, the heat wax such as a shift wax or the double -sided adhesive sheet is pasted on the plaster pasting surface, and then attached to the installation portion at the bottom of the holder.
・ In the sandwiched jig, insert the sample into the placement part, turn the immonal screw, and fix it from the side.
