About This Product

■ Characteristics

・ A holder that can automatically polish the set polished amount. ・ The setting accuracy of the polishing amount can be adjusted with ± 3 μm or less (with a minimum read 1 μm dial gauge). ・ It is possible to store parallel accuracy after polishing within ± 1 µm. ・ With backlash zero stopper. ・ The stroke width is 5mm. ・ A diagonal polishing plate at the desired angle is also available. ・ There is also a load reduction type by spring and for embedded resin. ・ As an option, we also provide a 2 -axis gonio for microscopic adjustment.
