principle
The crush is performed by a powerful shear power generated by the two -axis rotating blades. First, pull the crushed material from the top with a rotating blade nail blade set on the two axes that rotates inward. Then, while slit with a continuously acting shearing force between the outer periphery edges of the blade that rotates in a bite, it is crushed by compression and cutting power working when pulling in. In addition, the crushed object is immediately discharged downward by the rotation, and the one that is clogged or wrapped in a rotating blade or spacer is peeled off by the scrap.

The rotating blade and spacer are incorporated into the two axes set in parallel, and the opposing rotating blades are constantly engaged, so the rotary blade peripheral peripheral is overlapped, and a continuous strong shearing force between the outer circumference edges acts.

Our Gainax creates a more reliable crushing power by rotating both the main axis and the obedience axis. Furthermore, the rotating blade of the two -axis is rotated at a different speed, except that it has functions such as pick -up and use, and the efficiency of crushing action is improved.
In addition, the squid -shaped scraper is fixed to the rotating blade in the outer permeable area of the two -axis, and the tip is close to the spacer outer periphery, which prevents clogging and winding of crushed objects and achieves a clean crushing.
