Since the wavelength 2.8 to 3.9 μm that transmits quartz glass, it is possible to measure through quartz glass. With the TMHX-CQE0500 (H) series, the fluid temperature in the quartz tube can be measured from the outside. Until now, there have been products with a measurement temperature range of 100 ° C, but the TMHX-CQE0500 (H) series can measure from 50 ° C to lower temperature to a lower temperature, so the range of use expands.
■ Lamp -free work temperature only the temperature of the work
When measuring the temperature of the lamp heated work, it is necessary to eliminate the impact of lamp light (close -infrared energy). This is to prevent the temperature of the lamp light. The TMHX-CQE0500 (H) series is not affected by the light of the lamp without using approximately 0.7 to 2.5 μm of the near-infrared wavelength.

In addition, stability has also been greatly improved. Since the INSB (indium antimon) element uses a short wavelength between 2 and 6.8 μm, the radiation ratio set of nearly twice the value of metal (iron, SUS, chromium, etc.) can be expected, and further stability can be expected.

The "Optical axis LED aiming method" can be easily aligned because the temperature measurement range is close to the eyes. Since the measurement range can be appropriately adjusted to the measurement part of the work, accurate temperature measurement is possible even on long distances.
