About This Product
■ Simple integration to the production line
ELOTEST IS3 is a 1 -channel whirlpool -flowing device developed for automatic inspection tasks. This product has a protective grade IP54 and can be directly introduced to the manufacturing line such as an automatic screw inspection device. It can be integrated to existing systems with minimal additional costs. It has a 10Hz to 12MHz test frequency band, universal signal filter, I/O interface, and this product provides very effective inspection methods for high -speed cracks and material selection.

A compact module assembly system that fills the gap between a manual and a complete automatic machine
･ Desk type, weight about 15kg, 220 V power supply, SPS spindle rotation speed 600 RPM (can be adjusted by option), axial test speed 1 to 100 mm/sec (speed can be speeded up with options).
･ Inspector size: 5mm to 20mm in diameter, 15mm to 120 mm in length (can be fixed to spikes), cardiac tower (optional and testing can be fixed at both ends)
･ Inspection tasks: Vehicle surface defective inspection
･ Options: Foot switches, heart holding platform (manual / automatic), integration with automation (eg, robot), link mechanism, second axis (curved movement mechanism)
