■ Mitsubishi Electric Co., Ltd. Siachencer Co., Ltd. Melsec-Q conversion unit for built-in sensor ・ You can connect the GY series sensor to up to 2 axes. Converts the signal detected with a detector into a digital signal by a signal conversion circuit. ・ The binary position data of each axis can be read from the CPU via the buffer memory. ■ Characteristics ・ Compatible PLC: Can be connected to Q bus as an I/O unit for Melsec-Q. ・ Complication detector: This module conforms to the GY series. ・ Sensor value: Output the position of the magnet moving along the sensor play at any resolution (minimum 1 μm). The position output is a full absolute method, so you can get reliable data. ・ Multi -magnet compatible: can detect up to 3 magnets at the same time. (Options: Up to 32 can be used for 1 -axis specifications.) ・ Zero setting function: Zero position can be changed from the CPU output. ・ Up and lower limit limit detection function: Limit output for the set up and lower limit. ・ External preset function: The zero position can be changed by the external input signal. ・ Pulse output function (model option): Outputs A/B phase pulse outside. ・ Self -diagnostic function (RAS function): Detects the following four abnormalities. Sensor non -connected, internal hardware abnormality, sensor mass net abnormality, sensor data abnormality ・ ROHS command support ■ Connection probe ・ G1 type: G1 (shielding wiring method is different from other sensors), GYCRS, GYMR6, GYFRS, GYHTR (the highest resolution is 50 μm), GYKMR, GYRHP-MR6, EX-GYDT-RS ・ G2 type: GYCRP, EX-GYDS-RP ・ G3 type: GYHR * Multi -magnet compatible: Up to 32 magnets can be detected simultaneously. (Options: Model "DC-Q10-G1-S01") In the case of multi-magnet, please secure at least 75 mm between magnets.
