About This Product

Magnetic distortion -type linear sensor GY series [flexible rod] that measures straight displacement. Because it is not a normal rod type (SUS), it is possible to bend the rod part. ■ Magnetic distortion type displacement sensor "GY series" This is an industrial displacement sensor that applies magnetic distortion phenomena due to the WIEDEMANN effect. A high -precision sensor of an absolute system that generates a "twist distortion" on the magnetic distortion line by a magnet that moves without contact along the sensation play, and can detect the location by measuring the propagation speed of the distortion. ■ GYSE-FX series uses PTFE with rod material instead of conventional stainless steel. -Since the rod part is flexible, it can be used to detect a curved position (minimum bending radius of 200 mm). ・ Because the sensor uses the GYSE series, high -precision detection is possible. ・ The maximum stroke is 7500mm. -The optional device (with software) (model: GPM) allows you to adjust the zero/full scale point and change the output direction. The output can be selected from analog output (0-10V, 4-20mA), SSI output, A/B phase pulse, Profibusdp. ・ Like the GYSE (rod type) probe, the output can also be used for inclimental, SSI, proFIBUSDP, and controller. ・ CE marking ・ Noise cancellation ・ GPM setting ■ performance ・ Non -contact inspection: No mechanical wear for non -contact inspection ・ 2ch analog output: Position output (2 magnets) and speed output are possible ・ High -resolution ability: 16bit D/A installation (1/65,536) * Accuracy is applied to a sensor with an effective stroke of 300mm or more.
