■ A/B phase pulse output type, decomposition ability: 1 μm
・ Incremental (A/B phase pulse) is an output type sensor. Small resolution 1 μm. Each sampling pulse of 250kHz or 500kHz (fixing) (dependence on resolution) is output for each sampling. Please note that continuous pulse, such as linear scale, will not be output.
-The sensor ghosts can be removed from the housing and replaced, and the resolution, pulse frequency and output direction can be changed by customers by separately sold equipment (with software) (model: GPM). You can also adjust the zero/full scale point.

・ Noise cancellation function

■ Features
Determination of sensor front can be removed from the housing and replaced. If you have a built -in hydraulic cylinder, you can replace only the sensor without removing the oil. The option can make the sensor elevation flexible type, which is ideal for replacing when the space is narrow.
・ Free setting of parameters: Available separately (with software) (model: GPM) allows the customer to adjust the zero/full scale point and change the output direction.
■ performance
・ Rod resistant 35MPa: Linear sensor that can be built into the hydraulic cylinder
・ Controller body compact: Controller body type
* Accuracy is applied to a sensor with an effective stroke of 300mm or more. A sensor of less than 300mm is equivalent to a 300mm sensor specification.
