Model Description
■ It is an SSI output type sensor. ・ In the SSI output format, the position data of 24 to 27bit is output with minimal resolution 1 μm. ・ If you use an separately sold SSPC-03 (SSI → parallel converter), you can convert it to parallel data, so you can import it with an I/O unit. -The sensor ghosts can be removed from the housing and replaced, and by separately sold equipment (with software) (model: GPM), the resolution, code (binary or gray), change of output direction, zero/full scale adjustment are adjusted. Is possible. * Accuracy is applied to a sensor with an effective stroke of 300mm or more. A sensor of less than 300mm is equivalent to a 300mm sensor specification. * 1 Sampling frequency can be speeded up to 3.75kHz as options.
