There is no worry about affecting existing imaging functions such as fluorescent observation, so it is possible to incorporate with confidence. (Some models have already been mounted on Nikon's optical microscope CI-L.) The frequency stabilization laser and high -sensitivity linear alley detector are standard equipment, and optional groups such as raman chemical mapping, liquid sample measurement, and safety interlock are also enriched. There are three types of laser wavelengths, 532nm, 633 nm, and 785nm, depending on the application, and can be incorporated by stacking multiple lamin lights with different wavelengths.
