About This Product

■ Features
・ A holder that can automatically polish the set polished amount.
・ The setting accuracy of the polishing amount can be adjusted with ± 3 μm or less (with a minimum read 1 μm dial gauge).
・ Lightly thickness accuracy after polishing is reduced within ± 1 µm.
・ With backlash zero stopper.
・ The stroke width is 5mm.

■ Examples of use
・ Precision polishing of 2 inches to 4 inchweahs and wafers
・ Polishing from 1 μm to 2 µm thickness of wafer chip (□ 5mm -□ 10mm) with a multifunaneous layer for the backside SIMS sample.
