This is a handy type UV curing device that is easy to carry and allows you to choose a lamp. Equipped with a compact yet high-output UV curing lamp, full-scale testing is possible.
Features
■Compact and lightweight
Since it is a handy type, you can carry it wherever you need it. Even when in use, the irradiator and power source are connected with one cable, making connection easy.
■You can choose the UV lamp according to the paint.
You can choose from three types: high-pressure mercury lamps, Fe-based metal halide lamps, and Ga-based metal halide lamps. One unit can be replaced with any lamp.
■High output lamp
Despite its compact size, it achieves a lamp output of 120W/cm. It can irradiate at the same level of UV illuminance as a 1,500W class UV curing lamp.
■Safety measures
The old type did not have a protective glass, so you could touch the lamp during irradiation. Considering safety and specifications, we have newly adopted protective glass (quartz glass). Since it is made of quartz glass, UV transmittance during irradiation is not an issue.
