Ultra -high -sensitivity RNA in SITU hybridization that can be automatically dyed RNASCOPE®
Protein Simple Japan
About This Product
RNASCOPE® is a new technology that detects and visualizes MRNA in a sample of FFPE organizations, frozen organizations, culture cells, etc. by the unique RNA IN SITU hybridization (ISH) law.
Feature
・ High sensitivity -100 times higher sensitivity than the conventional Digoxigenin -ISH method
・ Specific -Achieves high S/N ratio with unique Z -type probe and signal amplification method
・ General -purpose -can be used in various biological species
・ Quantitative -quantitative copies can be quantified by counting dots
・ Approximately 20,000 kinds of catalog probes are available
・ Color development (brown, red, double dyeing) and kit for fluorescent hypogly dyed
・ Compatible with automatic dyeing (Ventan Discable Ultra, Bond RX)
RNA1 Molecular Molecule Signal Amplamation Principles
1. The ZZ Pair ZZ Prove (about 50 bases/1 pair) is formed by hybridizing the target RNA by side with two probes called the Z probe.
* In order to detect with RNASCOPE®, a sequence of at least 6ZZ (about 300 base) is required.
* The number of pairs is determined for each probe (part number).
Up to 20ZZ pair/target, but you cannot specify the number of pairs.
The number of pairs is determined for each target by the manufacturer's unique mechanism.
* The Probes to be provided are V (eg, 40 kinds of Z probe mixture in the case of 20ZZ pair).
* Sorry, the arrays recognized by each Z probe are not disclosed.
2. After that, one preamplifierPreatifier binds to the top of the ZZ pair, and 20 Amplifieramplifier binds.
3. Finally, the label probe of 20 label probes 20 is bonded to one AMPLIFIER.
The principle of this signal amplification enables the detection of the target RNA1 molecule.
