About This Product
ELLA (Ella) is a small analysis machine that uses our own simple plex (Simple Plex) cartridge to perform a complete automatic ELISA assay. Not only can you obtain high sensitivity and reproducibility, but there is no manual cleaning operation and there is almost no biohazard waste.
･ Multiplex
The cartridge, which measures the multi -sample of Ella (Ella), performs four types of imuno scarines at the same time in all samples, exceeding the normal manual ELISA. In addition, the required sample amount is only 25 μL, the setup before the measurement is 5 minutes, and the result is output in one hour. Ella's Simple Plex assay uses the latest technology of R & D Systems.

Ella's newly launched cartridge has an excellent performance similar to a multi -item cartridge, with one Imnoacray with 72 samples.
･ Technology & Applications
Simple Plex (Simple Plex) Assay not only shows the same specificity as the single-plastic ELISA, but also has a subpicograph-level detection limit, 4-5 log dynamic range, and CV value in the single digit range. Ella also calculates numerical data based on the standard curve, but does not need to measure the calibrator for each measurement. This is because the standard curve data created at our factory is used. Don't worry. High quality data that is unthinkable with conventional plate leader ELISA.
