Milo ™ (Myro) can identify the subpuration of cells that cannot be seen in conventional Western blots. In other words, it is possible to study the unique cell type in uneven trials. Using antibodies verified for commercially available western blots, you can measure targets without intracellular proteins, transcription factors, phosphorylated proteins, or without flows. Have you already studied single cell RNA? Myro can directly verify the protein targeted by RNA targets of single cells, so the result of gene expression is more reliable.
MILO Milo can get a single cell western result in about 4 hours using Scwest ™ chips. When the cell suspension is loaded, the scwest chip distributes cells and captures 1000 individual cells. Milo then performs high-speed SDS-PAGE for one minute on each single cell license on the on-chip. And on the chips, you can apply a conventional Western antibody to survive up to 4 targets per cell at the same time.

MILO Milo measures protein expression in 1000 individual cells. It means that the cells of the sample can identify which cells represent each protein. Using that information, you can identify cell subpurations that cannot be measured in the conventional (population) Western blot. In addition, Milo can also split protein isoforms that cannot be distinguished by flow site metreal. Myro provides information about your cells that cannot be obtained by other methods.
