■ Static electricity (ESD) Countermeasures model
We are one of the few manufacturers that have been working on research and development of static electricity measures for many years. Ideal for reading a 2D symbol directly marked on printed circuit boards and resin parts. The MTS has brought in the most advanced know -how unique to MTS, making it possible to read direct marking, which had been difficult to read so far.
■ Easy reading settings by button operation
･ Easy to set optimal lighting settings to generate the optimal image for 2D symbol analysis
-The unique lighting function can set free lighting according to the substrate, metal, liquid crystal and various works. Easy setting with intelligent automatic adjustment function ( * 1) and easy setup software. You will be released from the troublesome tuning work peculiar to direct marking.
* 1: Select the appropriate process from the data preset in the MCR-H700 in advance. Only the body button operation meets the needs you want to use immediately.
■ Don't miss it in the wide view window
The small two -dimensional symbol, which was hidden behind the leader and was hard to aim for, was made of large reading window, making it easier to aim and read.
■ Easy reading settings can be set to anyone optimally
While watching the read image in real time, you can easily find the optimal setting by selecting lighting and image processing. Equipped with a "table mode function", the read settings corresponding to various materials are preset as standard, so in most cases it can be read without setting anything.
■ Equipped with PLC link function (RS-232C model)
If you set the barcode data writing memory address in the PLC to the scanner, write the loaded barcode data to the specified memory automatically. PLC programming is only memory monitoring logic, which is usually used to development. Of course, you can use the PLC memory to write data.
■ Wireless (Bluetooth) model appeared
Since the reading result can be sent to the host PC by wireless (Bluetooth communication), the readable range is less restricted and the workability is improved.
