About This Product

■Summary

UVS40A2 is an ultraviolet generator that is compatible with various gases (helium, neon, krypton, argon, hydrogen). The discharge of the UV source takes place in the cold cathode capillary region. To avoid a drop in UV output, the space between the discharge area and the target is windowless (straight pipe shape), and the UV output is electrically stabilized. In addition, the UV lamp is water-cooled to obtain high output. The port aligner attached to the UV source allows the UV emission angle to be adjusted within ±4º. Equipped with an interlock to avoid accidents in case of emergency.

■Features

・The inner diameter and length of the light capillary can be selected according to the experiment. ・The light capillary is inserted into a stainless steel pipe and is safely protected. ・Two-stage differential pumping system keeps the vacuum measurement chamber clean and at a high degree of vacuum
