About This Product

This product is made to order.

■Cylindrical externally illuminated UV light source module ideal for running water sterilization

Using a high-output UVC flexible surface light source, we have developed a cylindrical UV irradiation module that can inactivate 99.9% of Bacillus subtilis at 2L to 100L per minute. Due to its broad emission characteristics with a center wavelength of 260nm (wavelength range 230-300nm), it exhibits stable effects in inactivating various bacteria, viruses, and fungi. It is also possible to decompose organic matter, drugs and chemical substances. By customizing, it can be used as a reactor that can accommodate various flow rates, sterilization performance, and decomposition ability.

■Can be customized according to the application equipment

Taking advantage of LAFi's unique flexibility, it is possible to design a highly efficient and stable cylindrical irradiation type that concentrates light energy. This enables power-saving, compact, and high-performance running water treatment equipment that is optimized for the application. We support custom design and production for sterilization, wastewater treatment, decomposition treatment, etc. Features

■High inactivation ability

By using UV-LAFi, the cylindrical type irradiates water from the outside (cylindrical external illumination), which allows UV irradiation to reach every corner of running water more efficiently than existing internal illumination types, resulting in high inactivation performance. You can In our experiments, cylindrical external illumination achieved an inactivation efficiency three times that of flat illumination.
