It can be used for three -dimensional tissue culture such as blood vessels and organoids.
By using a culture container (microtranswell) dedicated to this device, the medium can be transmitted like blood flow inside the tissue or cell layer. In this device, the following can be expected by cell culture in an environment close to in vivo.
･ The medium can be supplied to the deeper part of the tissue and cell lumps, making it possible to maintain long -term culture and activate.
･ By shea stress due to the flow, you can observe the mechanical response of cells that are difficult in static culture such as new blood vessels.

The transmission pressure can be adjusted with the controller. Since the culture system has a sealed structure and can be cultured in a lying state of the culture container, the entire holder can be placed on the microscope stage and the culture unit can be observed from the side of the culture container.
Because the entire system is compact, it can be installed in your own incubator and can easily try perfusion culture.
