About This Product

The Form 4 combines the power of Formlabs SLA stereolithography 3D printers with the speed of mask stereolithography, allowing you to complete almost any build in less than two hours.
■Building speed up to 4 times
It's powered by Formlabs' new Low Force Display™ print engine with ultra-high-power LEDs, collimating lenses, optical filters, and a rugged LCD display. It enables ultra-high-speed printing at unprecedented speeds while achieving amazing detail and precision.
■Maximum build size increased by 30%
The printing capacity is 200 x 125 x 210 mm, 30% larger than Form 3, making it possible to print larger products. In addition, even products with a size close to 200mm can be printed in a lower position, allowing printing to be completed in a shorter time.
■Building quality comparable to injection molded products
Complex shapes can be clearly expressed with high definition that can be expressed down to a minimum of 50 µm. 50µm pixel size and advanced smoothing with sub-pixel resolution for the smoothest surfaces ever.
■Highly functional materials suitable for a wide range of applications
In addition to over 37 materials, which are among the best in the industry, 6 new materials exclusively for Form4 have been added. The Open Platform also allows use of Formlabs-approved third-party materials. Custom printing settings and printing with UV light at a wavelength of 405nm are now possible.
