■T401 Fully Automatic Positioning Round Bottle Labeling Machine
This machine is equipped with a floor-standing conveyor mechanism that can automatically transport products, and can be connected with an automatic tabletop filling machine, capping machine, sealing machine, and other equipment to build an automated production line.
■Basic Functions
・This machine is equipped with a floor-standing conveyor mechanism that can automatically transport products, and can be connected with a filling machine, capping machine, and sealing machine to realize an automated production line.
・Round bottles can be labeled with one label, or with two labels in total, one each on the front and back.
・The cylinder positioning labeling method stops the bottle during labeling, effectively removing air bubbles and ensuring high labeling accuracy.
・The labeling head is equipped with multiple adjustable seats, and the vertical, horizontal, and tilt angles of the labeling head can be adjusted with handles, which is highly convenient.
・It can be applied to various round bottles such as medicine bottles, vials, chili sauce bottles, health food bottles, honey bottles, soy sauce bottles, vinegar bottles, pickled plum bottles, PET bottles, beverage bottles, cosmetic bottles, mineral water bottles, glass bottles, and tin cans.
■Optional Functions
・Optional photoelectric sensor for transparent label detection (suitable for transparent labels)
・An optional circumferential positioning labeling mechanism realizes fixed-position labeling for bottles with logos.
・A customizable label-coated shaft enables labeling of bottles with concave surfaces.
・With an optional color code label printer or thermal transfer label printer, information such as the production date can be printed on the label. Labeling and printing can be performed simultaneously, eliminating a process step.
・An optional inkjet printer or laser marking machine can be installed to print the production date on labels or products. The inkjet printing position is adjustable.
・A bottle alignment device can be installed at the front or rear to achieve automatic bottle loading and unloading, saving labor.
・An optional taper label adjustment seat + pressure top is suitable for labeling cups and other items with a certain taper.
