■T102 Semi-Automatic Double-Sided Roller Labeling Machine
Two labels can be applied to both sides of a bottle (by closing one of the label application outlets, a label can be applied to only one side of the bottle).
■Basic Functions
・Two labels can be applied to both sides of a bottle (by closing one end of the label outlet, a label can be applied to only one side of the bottle).
・By using an adjustable mold, the machine can accommodate bottles of various sizes without changing the mold. A slide table drives the bottle to apply the label, achieving high labeling accuracy and a bubble-free finish.
・An 8-dimensional adjustment base is included, allowing the labeling head to be adjusted up and down, left and right, back and forth, and at an incline, which is highly convenient.
・It can be applied to various square and flat bottles, such as lubricating oil, car cleaner, windshield washer fluid, mineral water, beverage bottles, laundry detergent bottles, fume extractor bottles, honey, chemical reagent bottles, shampoo, health wine bottles, nut bottles, biscuit bottles, chili oil bottles, and chili sauce bottles, enabling single-sided or double-sided labeling.
■Optional Functions
・Optional photoelectric sensor for transparent label detection, suitable for transparent labels.
・With an optional color label printer or thermal transfer label printer, information such as the production date can be printed on the label. Labeling and printing can be performed simultaneously, eliminating a process step.
