■T502 Fully Automatic Multifunctional Labeling Machine
This machine comes with an automatic conveyor belt and can be used standalone. It can also be connected with a filling machine, capping machine, sealing machine, and other equipment to build an automated production line.
■Basic Functions
・This machine is equipped with an automatic conveyor belt and can be used standalone. It can also be connected with a filling machine, capping machine, sealing machine, and other equipment to build an automated production line.
・Two labels can be applied to both sides of a bottle (by closing one of the label application outlets, a label can be applied to only one side of the bottle).
・It is equipped with a bottle separation device that separates bottles by a fixed distance, a direction control device that keeps bottles centered during transport, and a pressure belt device that presses bottles firmly to prevent misalignment during transport, ensuring synchronized vertical transport.
・An 8-dimensional adjustment base is included, allowing the labeling head to be adjusted up and down, left and right, back and forth, and at an incline, which is highly convenient.
・It can be applied to various square and flat bottles such as lubricating oil, car cleaner, windshield washer fluid, mineral water, beverage bottles, laundry detergent bottles, fume extractor bottles, honey bottles, chemical reagent bottles, shampoo bottles, health wine bottles, nut bottles, biscuit bottles, chili oil bottles, and chili sauce bottles, enabling single-sided or double-sided labeling.
■Optional Functions
・By adding a labeling device at the rear for round bottles, one label can be applied around the circumference of a round bottle, or two labels (one each on the front and back) can be applied simultaneously.
・By extending the conveyor and adding a labeling head, the machine can also apply labels to the top of bottles.
・Optional photoelectric sensor for transparent label detection, suitable for transparent labels.
・With an optional color label printer or thermal transfer label printer, information such as the production date can be printed on the label. Labeling and printing can be performed simultaneously, eliminating a process step.
・An optional inkjet printer or laser printer can be installed to print information such as the production date on the product. Printing and labeling can be performed simultaneously, reducing process steps.
