■Laser projector

This 3D laser projector is used in the aerospace industry, woodworking industry, wind power generation blades, shipbuilding and painting masking, concrete and stone industries, etc. By directly reading CAD drawings (.dxf/.iges/.Catpart, etc.) and irradiating the contour shape of the CAD drawing onto the tool surface, lamination and positioning work can be performed accurately and work time can be shortened. In addition, it is equipped with a diode laser and has a lifespan of 30,000 hours (about three times that of conventional products). In the aerospace industry, it is used as a positioning laser for laminating prepreg into molds. In the concrete industry, it can be used for everything from positioning formwork to positioning reinforcing materials and embeds, and quality control during precast concrete production. By converting work procedures and inspection points into data and using irradiation data created for each assembly procedure (formwork irradiation -> reinforcing bar position -> embedded object...), work time can be shortened and errors can be reduced. In the woodworking industry, by irradiating the outline shape and part numbers of full-size metal plates at the joints and positioning during truss assembly, workers can easily grasp the location and parts to be placed, which standardizes work and improves efficiency.
