About This Product

■Summary

Specialized machine for construction machine crawler rollers. Grips symmetrical roller material with chucks on both sides. A diver is installed to handle high thrust. ■Process

①Initial process Set the materials on both sides, rotate one material, and advance the other material into contact. ②Frictional heat generation process Frictional heat is generated from the butt surfaces. Spindle rotation is suddenly stopped when the temperature suitable for welding is reached. ③Upset process Welding is completed by applying upset thrust for a certain period of time. At that time, curl-shaped burrs are generated.
