About This Product

■Summary

The rotating side is the moving mechanism, and the non-rotating side is equipped with 1 to 4 thrust receiving clamp devices, making it compatible with long rebars. Compatible with reinforcing bar diameter D13 to D51. There is a reason why high-quality friction welding is possible. Bring an innovative bonding experience to your production site. ■Process

①Initial process Set the materials on both sides, rotate one material, and advance the other material into contact. ②Frictional heat generation process Frictional heat is generated from the butt surfaces. Spindle rotation is suddenly stopped when the temperature suitable for welding is reached. ③Upset process Welding is completed by applying upset thrust for a certain period of time. At that time, curl-shaped burrs are generated.
