Built-in digital amplifier, contactless and maintenance free. The carrier wave method provides high quality measurement data with little data loss. The excellent performance of the previous model, T12, has been further improved, and the accuracy items of T12 have been greatly improved in terms of temperature characteristics, nonlinearity, hysteresis, repeatability, parasitic load, etc., and the high accuracy has been improved from 100N・m to 10kN・m. guaranteed over a wide measurement range. The T12HP is equipped with various functions to ensure the highest accuracy in the usage environment, such as various assistant functions and CAN signal support. The internet connection modules TIM-EC (for EtherCAT) and TIM-PN (for PROFINET) can be used to easily integrate into the latest test benches. You can also choose to have a rotational speed measurement system, allowing you to obtain the world's most accurate reliability data for both torque and rotational speed at the same time. The T12, the predecessor of the T12HP, has been used on many engine benches for over 10 years as a synonym for high-precision measurement manufacturer HBM. Torque sensors T12HP and T12 are completely identical in external dimensions, mechanical specifications and electrical connections. Therefore, it is possible to replace the T12 with the T12HP without changing the test bench settings, and customers who already own the T12 can immediately use the latest torque measurement technology with significantly improved overall accuracy.
