・EMI Shielding Spiral spring gaskets have excellent electromagnetic shielding effects and are ideal shielding materials for equipment that requires high electromagnetic shielding performance. - Suitable for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, precision medical equipment, communication equipment, military equipment, satellite equipment, etc. - In particular, thanks to its excellent shielding performance, it is often used as an EMI shielding gasket for semiconductor etching equipment. ・Made of spiralized sheets of highly elastic tin-plated beryllium copper or stainless steel, this is an electromagnetic wave shielding material with excellent elasticity and flexibility, and a very high shielding effect.
