■Summary
・SMT EMI gasket (automatic mounting gasket, PCB ground contact) is a PCB ground component that reduces electromagnetic noise generated from inside electronic devices and protects circuits from electrical surges.
- SMF01 series: This product is composed of PU sponge and metal-plated PI film, and is soft, so it does not put stress on the PCB, and is suitable for medium and large sizes.
- SMF03 series: Made of heat-resistant material, it can withstand temperatures up to 125℃, and is often used as automotive components.
- Excellent electrical conductivity, wide contact area, stable, and low electrical resistance.
・Since the product is soft, there is less surface friction and does not cause stress to the equipment.
・Since automatic mounting is possible, we provide it packaged in reel tape.
