*TL-419-2L requires the lock to be modified to a left-rotating specification.

■NotesPlease provide a separate handle on the lid/door. Pulling the key to open the lid or door may damage the key. When fastening the mounting nut and cam mounting screw (nut) included with the cylinder lock, please tighten them to the specified torque for each product.

Furthermore, if you need to prevent the nut from loosening, please use the "TL-420-M19" or "TL-420SUS-M19" lock locking washers in conjunction. Do not apply constant load to the latch. If the latch is under load due to compression of the housing's gasket, for example, operating the key may damage the key.

Even if you use a two-point key removal lock, combining it with this product will result in a one-point key removal. Please be careful. The latch contact surface on the housing should be rounded (R-shaped). [Edges are not allowed. If the edge is not rounded, there is a risk of latch malfunction or reduced durability.] ■This product offers two types of mounting holes depending on the installation method:1. Irregular-shaped hole (single-point mounting): Although hole processing is complex, installation is possible with a single nut.
2. Round hole (three-point mounting): Holes can be processed using general drilling, but installation requires three points of fastening with nuts and screws.
*However, three-point mounting with round holes is only available for the following products with a cylinder lock flange outer diameter of φ24 or larger:
(TL-305, TL-326, TL-335-1, TL-336~338, TL-350, TL-353, TL-364~367)
