This is a one-touch operation rod connecting bushing that eliminates the hassle of crimping. It is a bushing that provides consistent movement by eliminating malfunctions caused by variations in crimping. This leads to labor savings and cost reduction.

■Applications

Ideal for power distribution boards, switchboards, and force transmission mechanisms using various rods.

■Specifications

Among resin products, polyamide (nylon) products have water absorption (moisture absorption) properties as a material. Therefore, to ensure the stability of material properties, water absorption treatment is performed at the time of shipment. As a result, products that have undergone water absorption treatment may exhibit the following phenomena depending on the temperature and humidity of the storage location: ・Nylon products absorb and release moisture even inside the bag, so the color of the cardboard may transfer through the bag. In this case, the yellow melamine dye that colors the cardboard dissolves in moisture and enters the product as moisture, and if this becomes severe, the product will appear yellowish. ・Nylon products may appear bluish. This is because the heat-resistant agent reacts with moisture, making it appear bluish. This is also a characteristic of nylon. All of them can be used without any functional problems.
