About This Product

■Overview

The long-awaited full model change of the proven ALS-1200SCS Series: an auto labeler for egg GP centers. The ALS-1200SCS is a full model change of the "ALS-100EPCX Series," which has built a long track record. It applies labels to designated packs while printing dates on the labels. Regular packs that do not require labeling are identified by the pack identification device and are not labeled. Because large volumes flow on conveyors in the egg industry, a continuous direct thermal printer was adopted for the printing unit, introducing the new concept of continuous printing to the egg industry. With this full model change, it is equipped with the SCS410c (radial control function), which the ALS-100EPCX Series did not have, enabling significant savings on thermal ribbon. It is very convenient if missing eggs can be detected as a final check at the end of the production line. Therefore, a missing-egg detection device is provided as standard equipment. In addition, a camera function (image-based date check) is available as an option. In terms of operation, the touch panel is consolidated in one place for simple operation and improved workability. This is the top-of-the-line model of Shinmei's egg pack auto labelers, which have built a long track record in the egg industry.
