■Overview

This product is sure to satisfy those in the manufacturing industry who want to save labor in label application work. Shinmei's "Tabletop Labeler for Single Bags" automatically conveys stacked packaging materials such as empty bags, single bags, and flexible packaging one by one and applies labels at the specified position. For roll labels, it applies labels of 30~90mm (W) and 20~150mm (L) in size. Suited for low-volume, high-mix production, it enables fast, waste-free application of "only the required number of labels when needed." This is a tabletop labeler that frees you from applying labels by hand. Labels can be automatically applied to packaging materials such as various films, single bags, and empty bags. A feeder suited to each type of film, empty bag, or packaging material can be selected. Label application positions for 999 different products can be registered. By connecting a bottom labeler (ALS-350BII), simultaneous application to both the front and back of the packaging material is also possible. In addition, by connecting a direct thermal printer, it is possible to print on the back side and apply a label to the front side at the same time. Operation is extremely simple: just set a roll-type label on the machine and press the start button. Unnecessary rollers, which cause hassle when changing labels, have been thoroughly eliminated, and the design is limited to the bare essentials. Application positions can be registered by code (equipped with a large touch panel, up to 999 label data entries can be saved), so you simply recall the corresponding code each time. The machine also remembers the last set number of sheets, so you only need to enter a different number when required and press start. By connecting one of five types of feeders suited to single bags, empty bags, or flexible packaging materials to the labeler unit, labels are applied automatically one sheet at a time. A bottom labeling machine and two types of stackers can be freely combined depending on the intended use, allowing you to accommodate future process expansion.
