About This Product

■Overview

This labeler is very inexpensive, compact, and can be installed flexibly. It can be used both inline and offline, and depending on the application, it can apply labels not only on the top but also on the side and bottom. For inline use, the caster-equipped unit can be used easily simply by placing it behind an existing conveyor. For offline use, it can also be used with manual feeding on a 1-meter-wide conveyor. It can be used for labeling three-dimensional objects as well as one-point promotional stickers, and has been highly regarded for many years as an inexpensive and flexible product. Labels can be applied automatically on the line to three-dimensional objects on a conveyor, tray packs, confectionery boxes, and more, and offline use is also possible. A stand movable up/down and front/back is available (optional). As examples of special uses, it has applied small labels to promotional lighters (small items), and conversely applied paper labels of about 70mm long x 60mm wide onto corrugated roofing sheets (large items) flowing slowly on a wide conveyor, so its track record covers a wide range from small to large items. However, since it uses a sliding application method (a method in which the conveyor speed and the label winding speed are set to the same speed and labels are applied using a peeling plate), application is stable when the surface to be labeled on the workpiece is parallel, such as a box. Extremely large labels cannot be handled. Because it is designed to be small and compact, it is suitable when you want to install it in a small space while making use of an existing line.
