About This Product

Uses polypropylene with carbon fiber to achieve high corrosion resistance. A self-priming centrifugal pump that is lightweight, compact, highly corrosion resistant, and extremely durable.

■Features

- Even if the mechanical seal leaks, the shatterproof plate prevents it from entering the motor. ・Uses a new material for the casing and has excellent corrosion resistance - Compact design does not require much installation space. ・Quiet operation with low-noise electric motor. - Mechanical seals are easy to replace and maintenance is easy.

■Excellent self-priming performance

Despite its compact body, it exhibits outstanding self-priming ability.

■High corrosion resistance/long life

The pump part uses CFRPP or GFRPP, the motor shaft is made of SUS316, and the internal screws are made of titanium or SUS316, making it highly corrosion resistant. It can be used in a wide range of fields, including fresh water, seawater, and some chemical liquids.

■Economical

Currently, FC pumps have a short lifespan due to rust, and the time for replacement is short. Since Sempon Ace is made of resin, it does not rust and is easy to disassemble and reassemble, making maintenance easy.

■Safety design

Even if liquid leaks due to the lifespan of the mechanical seal, which is a consumable item, a scattering prevention plate is included as standard, so it will not scatter onto the motor side, protecting it from electrical leakage. In addition, the motor shaft is also equipped with a drain ring, so it can be double prevented. When the motor is overloaded, a protective device is activated to prevent the motor from burning out, making it a safe design.
