■ Overview
・ Autograph Comsmart system is a system that performs the distortion analysis of the molded panel.
・ By shooting a lattice pattern created in advance in the sheet metal before molding with a CCD camera after molding, the amount of deformation is calculated, and various analysis such as sheet metal plate growth and distortion are performed.
・ One shot is taken with a lightweight mobile measurement head with four CCD cameras, and after calculating the 3D coordinate of the grid intersection, the dedicated software, the decrease in the sheet metal thickness, the FLC (molded limit curve) information. You can build a FLD (molding limit map) including it and analyze the molding of the panel.
