About This Product
Leica Absolute Scanner AS1 can measure up to a maximum diameter of 60m in combination with the Leica laser tracker AT960. You can also get up to 1.2 million data points per second at 300Hz, and the innovative SHINE (systematic high -intelligence noise elimination) technology can improve productivity at the maximum laser width and maximum frame rate.
Almost all surface shape can be measured without performance deterioration, even if all materials and glossy work, such as matte black to carbon fiber with high reflective ratio, can not deteriorate. In addition, all kinds of automatic measurements are possible by combination of robots, processors, and AGVs.

■ High -precision non -contact measurement
The combination of high -precision tracker AIFM and AS1 scanner allows users to measure non -contact measurement within only 50μ at a maximum distance of up to 30m (in the case of AT960XR).
■ Wide range measurement
Measurement is possible with a maximum radius of 30m from the tracker (in the case of AT960XR)
■ Multi -range measurement
・ Various measurement range (manual / automatic) of various measurement ranges is possible depending on the combination of each model of the tracker and the AS1. (Sr; ~ 5m, mr; ~ 10m, lr; ~ 20m, xr; ~ 30m)
・ Using a high -precision reflector, it is possible to measure a full range at a maximum of 80m, and it is possible to select a combination suitable for applications.
■ Intelligent zoom
The mini -barrier zoom camera built by the tracker AT960 series calculates the inclination of various 6DOF devices such as AS1, and along with the original high -precision distance measurement of the laser tracker, various applications in various applications.
