■ Overview
The Tubeinspect system is a system that measures the pipe shape in a few seconds from the silhouette. In the pipe inspection, it is common to prepare a jig for each shape of the pipe, and to correct the skilled person to pipe tests and pipe vendors. The challenge is how to shorten the pipe vendor conditions at that time.

With Tubeinspect, anyone can easily calculate the quick test and pipe pender correction value without the vary. By significantly reducing the time for the condition of the vending machine, the production efficiency can be increased and the investment effect can be expected at an early stage.

Feature
■ Non -contact because it is a silhouette
Use images taken with multiple cameras to extract the edge from the pipe silhouette and calculate the center line. Because it is non -contact, it can be measured even with a soft shape such as rubber.

■ Easy to just put it
It also depends on the shape, but does not take 10 seconds.

■ The measurement time is only a few seconds
Environmental units integrated into the main unit monitors environmental conditions such as temperature, pressure, and humidity, and guarantees the measurement accuracy without being affected by correction or external factors.

■ OK/NG is also an instant judgment
The comparison test with the reference value is instantly calculated OK/NG Judgment (optical gauge), bending point coordinates (x, y, z) and bending elements at the same time.

■ Simultaneous calculation of the optimal parameters of the bending machine
The correction value of the bending machine is automatically calculated, and the configuration file can be transmitted via the server.

■ Reverse engineering
You can calculate the vending points and bending elements of pipes without drawings.
