Features

■ Magnetized metal magnetic powder that solidifies plastic

Neodim bond magnets (neodymium plastic magnets) are similar to the composition of neodymium magnets manufactured by the sintering method, but are a magnet that mixes magnet powder with plastic resin (epoxy resin). The amount of magnet powder is about 90%in weight conversion and 60-70%in volume conversion.

■ The magnetic force is weaker than the neodymium magnet, but is stronger than ferrite magnet

Compared to general neodymium magnets, BR is about 1/2 and (BH) MAX is 1/4 to 1/8, lower magnetic characteristics.

■ Complex shape and thin shape are possible

-The magnetic characteristics are lower than the neodymium magnet, but the resin is mixed, so complex shapes and thin shapes are possible, and high dimension accuracy can be obtained without finishing. ・ Generally, two types of compressed molding (compression motioning) and injection molding (Injection Mouding) are typical, but Neomag only supports compression molded products.

■ Used temperature is 100 ° C or less

The physical characteristics of the material itself are almost the same as the sintered magnet, but the usable temperature is 100 ° C or less because it depends on the heat resistance of the resin. Rust prevention is generally coated with resin such as epoxy.

■ Use

・ Neodim bond magnets are unprecedented in the direction of landing, and are also suitable for multi -portrait porcelain because the magnetic magnetic field is relatively small. ・ It is used in various digital devices that require small and thin high -performance magnets, such as HDD spindle motors, mobile phones vibration motors, and video cameras motors.
