About This Product
The AHL series sensor is a GMR digital switch designed to operate at low voltage and extremely small current. The device is manufactured in small, high -sensitivity, high -precision, and small power, using the Spintro 2x GMR technology that NVE has patented by NVE. The output is configured as a magnetic switch, and the output is turned on when the magnetic field is added, and the output is OFF when the magnetic field is gone.
・ 1.1 mm x 1.1 mm x 0.45 mm ultra -small ULLGA package
・ Supply voltage of 0.9 to 2.4V
・ Power consumption is 1 µw or less (Duty Cycle operation mode)
・ 1, 2, or 2.8mt magnetic operation point
・ Up to 100 µA current sink output
・ The temperature range of –40 ° C to + 85 ° C
