About This Product

For single-side or double-side labeling operations, this side labeling machine can be used for side labeling of different dimensions. The machine structure includes adjustable guide rails, synchronized side pressure compensation adjustment modules, and heads suitable for side labeling of products with different shapes. The sturdy stainless steel base, supports, and casters allow a wide range of height adjustment, and the machine performs efficiently as a stand-alone unit or as part of a production line.

■User-Friendly Operation Interface

With a Chinese-language screen environment, the "text" on the monitor serves as operating instructions, control buttons, and operation and monitoring functions. Operators can learn it on their own.

■Microcomputer CPU and PLC Divided Control Module

Based on the combination of customer needs and professional experience, we designed and developed a proprietary control system that integrates the strengths of the CPU and PLC, achieving the most stable system and improved efficiency. (Improves drawbacks such as unstable labeling and freezing after a period of use)

■Built-In Eight-Speed Synchronized Speed Change System

Directly select the speed touch buttons to clearly and quickly reach the required speed.

■Labeling Delay Function

Finely adjustable labeling position delay function.

■Label Count Function

Automatically counts the number of labels applied, which can be monitored on the display.

■Mass Production Setting

The number of labels to be applied can be set in advance. When the preset number is reached, the machine stops automatically, making management convenient and simple.

■Built-In Operation Manual

Errors that inexperienced operators tend to cause can be searched from the on-screen index for troubleshooting.

■Automatic Startup Function

The machine starts and runs automatically just by turning on the power. No manual system startup is required.

■Set Your Preferred Labels

Simple "visualized" setting. Just touch and release a simple "touch button" to complete the setup. (No complicated parameter settings are required to match each label, eliminating waste of labels, time, and labor.)

■30-Set Memory Module

Up to 30 different settings can be stored at once and recalled for immediate use. Production lines can be changed easily.
