About This Product

Applicable to top and bottom application on flat surfaces, this is the most economical and efficient model. Labeling work for different sizes can be handled with simple adjustments. Its robust functionality with a wider adjustment range allows production to be matched to other production processes.

■User-Friendly Operation Interface

With a Chinese-language screen environment, the "text" on the monitor serves as operating instructions, control buttons, and operation and monitoring functions. Operation can be learned on one's own.

■Microcomputer CPU and PLC Divided Control Modules

Based on the combination of customer needs and professional experience, a unique control system was designed and developed that integrates the strengths of the CPU and PLC, achieving the most stable system and improved efficiency (improving drawbacks such as unstable application and freezing after a period of use)

■Built-in Eight-Step Synchronized Speed Control System

Select a speed touch button directly to reach the required speed clearly and quickly.

■Application Delay Function

Finely adjustable application position delay function

■Application Count Function

Automatically counts the number of applied labels, which can be monitored on the monitor.

■Mass Production Setting

The number of labels to apply can be set in advance. When the preset number is reached, the machine stops automatically, making management convenient and simple.

■Built-in Operation Manual

Errors easily caused by unskilled operators can be searched from the on-screen index and cleared.

■Set Your Preferred Labels

Simple "visualized" setting. Just touch and release a simple "touch button" to complete the setting (no complicated parameter setting for each label, saving labels, time, and labor).

■30-Set Memory Module

Up to 30 types of settings can be recorded at once and used immediately after recall. Production lines can be changed easily.
